The coronavirus (Covid-19) death toll has risen to 270,740 globally till Friday, according to latest data from worldometer.

Total number of coronavirus deaths and cases in some muslim majority countries are given below:

In Iran, 103,135 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 6,486 patients died and 82,744 have recovered.

In Turkey, 133,721 people have been affected in the disease. Of them, 3,641 people died and 82,984have recovered in the country.

In Saudi Arabia, 33,731 people have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the country. Of them, 219patients have died and 7,798 have recovered.

In Pakistan, 25,837 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 594 people have died and 7,530 people have recovered.

In Bangladesh, 12,425 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 199 people have died and 1,910 people have recovered in the disease.

In Indonesia, 12,776 people have been affected in the Covi-19. Of them, 930 patients died and 2,381have recovered.

In UAE, 16,240 people have been infected in Covid-19. Of them, two people have died and 3,572 have recovered.

In Malaysia, 6,467 patients have been affected in the disease. Of them, 107 patients have died and 4,776 people have recovered in the disease.

In Iraq, 2,543 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 165 patients died and 1,626  have recovered.

In Qatar, 18,890 people have been affected in the coronavirus. Of them, 12 people have died and 2,286patients have recovered.

In Egypt, 7,981 people have been infected in Covid-19. Of them, 482 died and 1,887 have recovered.

In Kuwait, 6,567 people have been infected in the Covid-19. Of them, 44 people have died and 2,381 patients have recovered.

In Syria, 45 people have infected in the disease. Three people have died and 27 patients have recovered.

In Libya, 64 people have been infected in the Covid-19 disease. Of them, three people have died and 24 people have recovered.

In Oman, 2,958 people have been infected in the Covid-19. Of them, 15 patients have died and 980people have recovered.

In Jordan, 494 people have been infected in the Covid-19. Of them, nine patients died and 381 people have recovered.

In Palestine, 375 people have been infected in the Covid-19 disease. Of them, two people died and 176 people have recovered.
