Bangladesh would not allow anymore Rohingyas this time, said the ruling Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader on Wednesday.
At a press briefing at Setu Bhaban, he also said that the Rohingyas became a burden for the country.
‘Currently the international assistance for Rohingyas has also become thin,’ he added.
About the Myanmar unrest, Obaidul said that it was their internal issue.
‘Bangladesh government is talking with China and India so that the internal issue of Myanmar does not affect Bangladesh,’ he said.
About the Myanmar troops with arms and ammunition and government officials fleeing conflicts to bordering Bangladesh, he said that the Myanmar government would take them back.
